1. Who will be the MVP of the Stanley Cup and NBA Finals?
Yeah, I didn't cover that in my posts which was forgetful of me. In the NBA, I think Kobe is like Michael Jordan in the following respect. Jordan would win the MVPs when the Bulls won a title. I think that's the same way with Kobe nowadays.
In the NHL, I think Jonathan Toews has been on such a great hot streak that he will take the Stanley Cup MVP. I really think he will lead everybody in goals scored.
2. How great was Ken Griffey Jr.?
It is tough to say goodbye to when of my favorite players of All-Time. He was truly incredible. Best of all, his 630 homers; 13 All Star selections, MVP, and 10 Gold Glove awards will not be marred by steroids. He never took them.
Griffey Jr. is easily a first ballot Hall of Famer. It would be disgraceful for him not to be one. I would say he is one of the top 15 players in history. He scored 1,662 runs, hit 524 doubles, 1,836 RBIs, had a career .907 OPS, a career .538 slugging percentage, and had a career fielding percentage of .983.
3. Is Tom Brady better All-Time or Peyton Manning?
Manning is barely better. He has more MVPs and is slightly better overall. However, Brady has much more Super Bowl rings. That fact makes it nearly a tie.
4. Is Rajon Rondo better or Chris Paul?
Oh, don't kid yourself over the hype. CP3 is the better passer, even though Rondo is a stalwart. Paul is better at driving and defense, even though Rondo is an incredible player in both aspects. The only advantage Rondo has is rebounding. Paul is the best point guard in the league. Deron Williams and Rajon Rondo give him a run for his money, but they don't beat Chris out.
5. Why does everyone hype about Oshiomogho Atogwe?
That's because he is a monster. There is a need in the league for playmaking safeties. Everyone wants a guy that can at least kind of compete with Troy Polamalu. The UFA has drawn interest from the Dolphins, Cowboys, and the Vikings. I think the Vikings have the most need fro him by far.
The Boys are stacked. The Dolphins could really use him as well, but the Vikes look better because they are the better team overall. Last year, Atogwe recorded 74 tackles with the lowly Rams.
