Celtics ground out 89-84 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats
The 16-2 Boston Celtics grounded out a hard-fought victory over the Charlotte Bobcats in Charlotte on Saturday Night. The Celtics had six players in double figures, led by Paul Pierce with 19. Starting Guard Rajon Rondo only had four points, but he was 2-2 from the field, and he had nine assists. The Bobcats scoring was not as dispersed. Two players, Gerald Wallace and Jason Richardson scored over half of their points, with 23 points and 22 points, respectively.
