Eagles defeat Browns 30-10
December 16th 2008 05:45
The Philadelphia Eagles dominated the Cleveland Browns 30-10 on Monday Night Football, perhaps sealing the fate of Browns Coach Romeo Crennel. The Browns only managed 196 yards of total offense, and their lone touchdown was scored by the defense, after the game was decided and Kevin Kolb had substituted for Donovan McNabb. The Browns moved to 4-10, while the Eagles moved to 8-5-1. The Eagles gained 418 yards on offense. McNabb was 26/35 for 290 yards with 2 TDs and 1 INT, which was intercepted by Brandon McDonald as time expired in the first half and returned 98 yards, but not for a touchdown. The Eagles are still in contention for a playoff spot, but they will need to win out and receive some help from other teams to get in.
