Do your recognize the name Jadeveon Clowney? Well if you haven't , this is a must read. He is an emerging defensive end stalwart out of Rock Hill, South Carolina. He is heading to college. This guy could be the next big thing.
Clowney led his team to state championships. He is a huge 6 foot 5, and weighs 225 pounds. Jadeveon is ranked as the top recruit in the country. Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami (FL), North Carolina, his home area South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas Tech, and USC all have interest in recruiting him. He has an offer from all those teams.
He has wide receiver speed. Watch his tape. This guy will be great. There is no doubt in my mind about that. He is going to be one guy to watch. He has been compared to superstar Jevon Kearse. Others say he is even better, a Julius Peppers talent with better ethics. I agree with the latter fully.
Right now, the South Carolina Gamecocks look like frontrunners. Former Pro-Bowl kicker Shayne Graham signed a one year contract with the Baltimore Ravens. I guess the team feels nostalgic for Matt Stover.
Remember the Atogwe craze? Well the Rams are the front runners to finally resign him. They used to not be able to reach a deal. The Dolphins are pushing very hard, and the Vikings are also huge players.
Miami wants a replacement for Tyrone Culver. They already have Yeremiah Bell. The Vikings have one subpar safety, and one pretty good safety.
