Terrell Owens and Ochocinco Unite
The meetings between Steve Smith, Chad Ochocinco, and Terrell Owens on touchdown celebrations will now mostly be held in Cincinnati. The Bengals went with their word, and picked up the best available wide receiver. There were concerns that the team had with injured receiver Antonio Bryant, who was also signed this offseason.
I think that this move may actually affect team chemistry in a better way. Owens knows that he is lucky a team took a chance with him, and he will be elated to play with a friend. Sure there is a chance it could hurt chemistry, something could blow up. But if you can handle guys in the past like Tank Johnson, you can handle Terrell Owens.
It is a low risk, low cost one year deal for two million a year. Heck, if it doesn't work out they can always cut him loose. The deal makes sense. They got a nice deal off that had pretty much no risk, a receiver they needed after the Bryant injury, and just another option for Carson Palmer to throw to. They were missing one piece. They have it now.
"The Assassin"- Jack Tatum- died at the age of 61 from a heart attack. He was an incredible hard-hitting safety- along the likes of Bob Sanders- that instilled a fearsomeness in the Raiders defense.
He had two seasons of five or more picks, was elected to 3 pro bowls, and he once led the league in fumble return yards. Tatum's career is similar to stars like Deon Grant, Mike Minter, and Patrick Surtain.

But on the sad part, Jack "The Assassin" Tatum's passing away is tradgic, being only 61 and all.
Good luck to his family, God bless you guys.
