Pacman Jones has completed treatment-awaits Goodell's decision.

Suspended Dallas Cowboy Cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones has completed his alcohol treatment and awaits Commissioner Goodell's decision on whether or not he will be reinstated to the NFL. Goodell said that he would make a decision after the fourth game of Pacman's suspension, which was the Washington Redskins game. Goodell seems to be content to torture Pacman, so he will probably wait until the last possible moment before he makes a decision. It is amazing to me that Goodell has the ability to suspend players for actions that take place off of the field. Pacman is not a Saint, and a lot of people disagree with his decisions, but that is no reason for Goodell to keep him from making a living. Just imagine your boss suspending you from your job because you had too much to drink and punched somebody. You would think that it was ludicrous, and you would be suing him, or punching his lights out, as well. Goodell started cracking down on players when there were too many news stories of NFL players getting in trouble with the law. He thinks that fans will stop watching games if players get in trouble. Goodell, here is a news flash- we don't care. We just want our teams to win. All of the drama makes things more entertaining, sort of like a soap opera, which helps attract your female viewers. Quit worrying about all of the things taking place off of the field, and start worrying about the things that are happening on the field. You have had a phenomenal number of screwed up calls by referees this year, and you have fined so many players for so many hits that are within the rules that some players think they are playing flag football. Goodell, let Pacman play! The Cowboys need him for the stretch run.
