Panthers run over Buccaneers 38-23

In a battle for the NFC South lead, the Panthers ran over the Buccaneers, gaining 299 yards rushing, and breaking open a tight game that was tied in the 4th Quarter to win 38-23. Deangelo Williams rushed for 186 yards on nineteen carries and two touchdowns. Jonathan Stewart rushed for 115 yards on fifteen carries and two touchdowns. Steve Smith also had a big game receiving, catching nine passes for 117 yards. Antonio Bryant had a tremendous game in defeat, catching nine passes for two hundred yards and two touchdowns, including one spectacular catch that he caught one-handed.
