Sports Betting

November 2nd 2011 05:19
Sports betting online has become very popular in recent years, and this website has bets calculators, reviews of betting websites, primers on betting, scores, and also sports news and headlines. For the sports better, there really is no better site.

Their most recent post is about Jed Hoyer being announced as the Cubs' new General Manager. This shows that Sports Betting Spot isn't just about betting, they are also sports aficionados. If you guys want odds, betting tips, a betting calculator, and sports news; I would recommend checking out Sports Betting Spot.

Jeff Golub here with my predictions. I am finally back on to post!

AC Milan 3-2 Tottenham I think that AC is better, Ibrahimovic was a great transfer and will help them.

Valencia 3-1 Schalke Schalke isn't an elite team and I don't think they're skilled enough to win

Arsenal 2-4 Barcelona Barcelona are the best team in the world

AS Roma 5-2 Shakhtar Donetsk Shakhtar is the worst team remaining and don't stand a chance

Copenhagen 1-4 Chelsea Chelsea is good and I say Copenhagen is the 2nd worst team remaining

Lyon 2-4 Real Madrid Real are great. Lyon? Not so much

Inter Milan 3-2 Bayern Munich I might like Bayern, but Inter won last year and will win again

Marseille 1-3 Manchester United Man U have more talent, and Marseille don't have much

The 2010 FIFA World team is when players around the world vote who they think was the best that year based on a ballot.
I've made a list here about who I think should be voted.

GK: Iker Casillas
D: Philipp Lahm
D: Sergio Ramos
D: Lucio
D: Maicon
M: Wesley Sneijder
M: Thomas Muller
M: Xavi
S: Arjen Robben
S: Diego Milito
S: Lionel Messi

I picked Milito and Sneijder because Sneijder was the Goal.com player of the year and Milito was FIFA's, and because they just did great. I put on Robben looking partially at this season's perspective, knowing how bad Bayern are doing without him, I also put him on because he was good and was named best in the Bundesliga (and of all German players in the world) by Kicker. Xavi was also named because he is a great passer.

I named Muller because he is great at scoring and during the the World Cup he did great. I put on Maicon because he did just great as a defender. Lucio was put on because he was good with both Brazil and Inter. Sergio Ramos was put on because he was the best in the World Cup according to the Castrol rankings. I picked Lahm as he did great in World Cup, in that Cup he was third in Castrol rankings. Casillas was put on as he preformed great at his position allowing him to be the keeper I choose.

10/24 Bundesliga Overview by Jeff Golub

October 24th 2010 16:07
I think that this season the Bundesliga has just about flipped over. I mean, Stuttgart's in last, Mainz and Dortmund are tied for first( when you look at the standings Dortmund's in first, but they have the same amount of points and the difference between goals scored and allowed are the same).Bayern are in eleventh, Schalke are barely out of relegation and Hannover are in third. For Bremen, Pizzaro made BL history by scoring the most goals by a foreign player in the league.

After the Bayern match against Hamburg Van Gall said " I told my players that it's a shame we didn't win", (according to Kicker). The Bavarians did play better, with more and greater chances, but they just couldn't connect with any, but Lahm said that he is satisfied with a point. In the transferring world for Bayern, they may lose Ribery to Man U for 30 million pounds. Bayern want Leighton Baines for 12 million pounds. Tottenham are set to buy Mark Van Bommel. Juventus want Demichelis, but Van Gall won't transfer him
